Yogahaus mission
Yogahaus was born in 2019 out of a passion for yoga and a desire to share its transformative power with others. Christi's mission is to help others move away from pain in the body, mind, and life. As we move away from pain and towards balance we can find more awareness and joy in our daily lives. Christi strives to provide a custom authentic yoga practice to all her clients through Hatha, Restorative, Mediation, and Yoga Nidra.
